Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Egersi ("Egersi", "we", "us", or "our"), provided by Konstantinos Merekoulias, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Egersi mobile app and related services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information created when you use the app, and limited technical information needed to operate Egersi.
- Account information, including email address, user ID, and sign-in provider details.
- Alarm content, including alarm titles, times, repeat settings, colors, selected sounds, dismissal settings, labels, and preferences.
- Generated or saved content, including custom messages, audio, images, GIF selections, and similar materials.
- Purchase and subscription information. We do not receive your full payment card number.
- Usage information needed to operate features, enforce limits, and maintain the app.
- Optional permission data, only when you enable related app features.
- Support and diagnostics, including messages you send us, debug details you choose to share, and crash or performance information provided through Apple or similar diagnostics services.
How We Use Information
- To create, schedule, sync, and display alarms.
- To store and restore your alarms, sounds, voices, and settings.
- To generate or personalize content when you request those features.
- To provide optional features that use information you choose to share.
- To process subscriptions, purchases, restore purchases, and app limits.
- To maintain account security, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, debug issues, and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party tracking SDKs to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Third-Party Services
We may share information with service providers that help us operate, protect, and improve Egersi, process purchases, provide support, and deliver features you choose to use. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us or as required by law.
User Content
User content includes alarms, messages, audio, images, GIF selections, and similar materials. You are responsible for the content you create or upload.
Data Storage and Retention
Some information is stored locally on your device. Account data and saved content may also be stored in secure systems used to provide the app. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.
If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, except where we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or operational reasons.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated account data by using the account deletion feature in the app, if available, or by contacting us at support@egersi.com.
Your Choices
- You can enable or disable permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can delete uploaded or saved content where the app provides deletion controls.
- You can delete your account.
- You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Children's Privacy
Egersi is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the effective date or posting an in-app notice.
