Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Egersi mobile app and related services. By using Egersi, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Egersi is provided by Konstantinos Merekoulias.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Egersi.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the app or other users, or are used for unlawful or abusive activity.

Alarm Reliability

Egersi is intended as a personal alarm and reminder tool. Alarm delivery may depend on device settings, notification permissions, alarm permissions, volume, Focus modes, mute switches, battery level, background execution limits, operating system behavior, network availability, third-party services, and hardware condition.

You are responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining your alarms. Egersi should not be used as the sole method for time-critical, safety-critical, medical, emergency, legal, financial, travel, employment, or other high-consequence reminders.

User Content

User Content means anything you create, upload, generate, save, or submit through Egersi, including alarms, messages, audio, images, GIF selections, and similar materials.

You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, and display User Content as needed to operate, provide, secure, improve, and support Egersi.

You must not upload, create, or generate content that violates law, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates another person without permission, or contains abusive, hateful, sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise harmful material.

Generated Content

Egersi may include features that generate or personalize content. Generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use it.

Do not use Egersi to create deceptive, unauthorized, unlawful, or rights-infringing content.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Trials

Paid features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund handling are shown by Apple during purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise stated by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through Apple's refund process unless applicable law requires otherwise. Apple states that some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund and can be requested through Apple's official support flow.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Egersi for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the app, services, or service providers.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass, or misuse the app except where allowed by law.
• Do not bypass subscriptions, app limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not use Egersi to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or data protection rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Egersi, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded Egersi from Apple's App Store, Apple's terms also apply. If we do not provide a separate custom Apple license agreement, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

Changes to the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also add, remove, or change app limits, service providers, supported platforms, or technical requirements.

Termination

You may stop using Egersi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the app.

Disclaimers

Egersi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that alarms, notifications, generated content, purchases, or app features will always work without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Egersi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the app.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Egersi after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
