Subscriptions

Purchases are managed through Apple. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit Apple's official refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app where available, or contact support for help with account and cloud data deletion.

Alarms

If alarms do not fire as expected, check notification permissions, alarm permissions, Focus modes, device volume, battery state, and iOS settings.
